Adult Meditation Sessions

Starting on Friday, 13th September, join us at the Quirky Cafe Wellbeing Hub on Birkenhead Road, Hoylake, for a calming and restorative experience. Held weekly from 6 to 7 p.m., these sessions offer a serene space to unwind and reconnect with your inner self.

What to expect

Upon arrival at the Quirky Cafe Wellbeing Hub, you will be welcomed into a soothing environment designed to encourage relaxation and mindfulness. Our sessions will be guided by an experienced instructor who will lead you through various meditation techniques suitable for all levels. Whether you are new to meditation or have some experience, you will be supported throughout your journey.

Please remember to contact us in advance to reserve a mat or chair, especially if you prefer a chair for comfort. Each session is priced at £6 per person, and pre-booking is essential to ensure your place and equipment.
