What to expect

Each session is carefully crafted based on the principles of yoga, tailored to suit a child’s developing body, and led by a qualified Children’s Yoga Teacher. Every class includes a warm-up, yoga practice, and Yoga Nidra (relaxation). The yoga practice varies weekly but consistently focuses on calming mastery.

Group classes are intentionally kept small, typically accommodating 6 to 8 children, to ensure ample time and space for each child to share their experiences if they wish. Classes are organised by ability level to match physical development:

  • Beginners: Suitable for younger children or those new to yoga (minimum age 5)
  • Intermediate: Primarily for children aged 8 and above
  • Advanced: For children over 10 or those with prior yoga experience

Children’s individual needs are carefully considered, and a pre-class enrolment discussion will help determine the most appropriate class for your child.
